Refund and Return Policy
At Ripar Inc. cosmetics, your satisfaction is our guarantee. Ripar Inc. has a 15 day return policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it in its original packaging with the online receipt to receive a full refund within 15 days of the purchase date. We do not accept returns if the product has been used up.
How to Return Your Order
• complete the return form attached to your order with the information requested.
• carefully pack items into the box and include the return form and the original invoice and seal the box.
• returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the address on the return label.
• refunds will be issued within 30 days to the credit cardholder. We're sorry but return shipping fees are not refundable.
• items purchased in any location other than www.Ripar.us must be returned to their original point of purchase. If the label is not available, all returns should be addressed to:

Returned Merchandise Policy

Our policies, training and procedures are aimed at ensuring that only high quality products are sold in our stores and online. Our associates are trained to inspect and then properly dispose of any returned items that have been used, damaged or expired.
